Power socket with cover and mounting bracket, 50 cm line and fuse. This accessory plug kit allows you to plug in any BMW accessory. This is a DIN or BMW standard plug. It is smaller than the SAE or cigarette lighter style plugs. It is also standard on Volkswagen buses and vanagons up to 1984.
You can use this plug (article no. 90026) with the extra power socket.

I bought the accessory plug kit to fit to another bike (not a BMW) to enable me to use my BMW charger & battery maintainer via the socket without removing the seat to get to the battery.
I am very pleased with the item which is well made, easy to fit and I thought the price was fair.
It arrived very promptly, within 3 days to the UK and was carefully packaged. (Also included was some local area information, map etc, which I found very interesting,)
I would be be happy to buy from Motorradzubehor Hornig GmbH again if there was something I needed.
