Do screws already belong to the side stand foot enlargement or heightening?
Yes, screws are already included, but you can order additional screws.

I can't install the side stand foot enlargement on my side stand foot because of burr.
It is normal that ridge is on your side stand foot because of frequent use. You can easily remove it with a file. To avoid rust, you can also use colourless silicone.

Do I have to secure the screws with screw securing adhesive?
Yes, all screws must be secured with thread lock (for example Loctite). Otherwise you will lose the screws forced by the vibrations.

Side stand foot enlarger does fit perfectly! Only the screws are of some weaker material so careful when tightening the screws. But in overall a good product!

A must have for the k1200gt with the elevating option you can move the bike much easier
