Made of high-quality steel. Diameter 42 mm, zinc-plated.
The diameter of the rubber is 52,5 mm.

Yes, it works also with your K1300R (Cardan on the left side) like pictured here (K1300GT):

The example product video shows a R1200GS, Cardan on the right, there the long handle-pipe shows to the front.

But you can mount the long handle-pipe left or right to the sand … what ever you prefer.
