Battery quick-connect system for BMW R1100RT, R1150RT

This convenient battery quick-connect system is a useful utensil for high-quality batteries that shall be used in different vehicles. Moreover, it allows to easily remove the battery for charging it at home if the motorcycle parking space is not equipped with a 220V power supply. Some start boosters on the market are directly compatible with BA08.

The battery connection lead BA08 (with EC5 connector) will be permanently mounted to the battery with the 6mm ring cable lugs. If the vehicle is equipped with the counterpart BA09, it is possible to fit and remove the battery easily without any tools by just connecting BA08 and BA09. The vehicle connection lead BA09 (with EC5 plug) will be permanently mounted at the vehicle. Thus, you can contact a battery that is equipped with BA08 without having to use any tools. Attention: When mounting BA09, the screwed ring cable lugs must be coated by isolating tape and be isolated.
