Width 750 mm, your hands will be about 70 mm higher and 40 mm closer to you.

Handlebar which can be used with heated grips is included in the shipment.

Questions about this article

I wanted to know how the new brake pipes fit?
The new brake line is a little bit longer as the original one.
But the connections are the same (so the brake pipe will fit on an original R1100S hardware).

Can you tell me what the length of the replacement brake line is?

Excellent service, bar conversion for R1100s received very quickly. Fitted to the bike it transforms the comfort and riding experience. Real quality product and service, will definitely be using Hornig again.

This product has changed the look of the bike very much! The riding position is far better than with the original handle bar. Turning and cornering is like on a GS! I am very satisfied

Nice product, very good quality and excellent service. The bars transform the riding position and feel of the bike. The width of the bars and leverage, reminds me of my old GS. Note that the seat position is slightly strange but not uncomfortable, because your knees are still in the crouch position from the old bar set up, it would probably benefit from the footrest conversion kit; something else to look into. Fitting is straightforward but remember to check the route of throttle and choke cables, I had to re-route mine to provide enough slack. Also if you have a non ABS bike the replacement brake hoses do not have a three way connector like the original set up so you need to route two separate hoses either side of the fork bridge. Not difficult and the parts are top quality. All up very pleased and recommended.
