The adjustable gear lever for the BMW R1250RS is made of high-quality materials and convinces due to its trendy design. The lever consists of two pieces and is made of CNC-milled aluminium (scratch-resistant thanks to hardcoat finishing). It is infinitely adjustable which considerably improves ergonomics while driving. A spring lock ensures functionality, even after a fall over. The gear lever can be adjusted up to 3cm to the front from the original position so that it is easier to get between the shift lever and the footrest even with larger shoes.
No street homologation necessary!

In the process of setting up my R1250RS for my wife to ride, We found it was about 25mm too tall for her, even with the low seat. We chose to get boots that were 25mm taller, in the front and heel. In order to make the shifter accessible with the taller boots I had to use this adjustable version. It worked exactly as we hoped it would, and the quality of the shifter was excellent! I highly recommend it, and the shipping from Hornig to the me in the USA was extremely fast, I had it in 3 days.
