Why can't the connector be "locked"?
Possibly, the pins were slightly deformed when inserting the connector. In this case, you have to adjust the pins by means of e.g. a small screwdriver so that they are in a vertical and centric position. The connector now fits without any problems and can also be locked.

Brilliant product, solves the issue of using LED indicators without unsightly resistors. Works a treat with a set of Oberon CNC aluminium flashers.
