Windscreens and wind protection are always a complicated issue and advices via internet or telephone are not possible or wrong in most of the cases.

How do you I know if I have the windscreen of the R1150GS or of the R1150GS Adv. on my motorcycle?
The inclination of the windshield of the R1150GS can be adjusted by means of a slotted hole on the side of the mounting. This can also be seen when you have a look at the mounting kit (article number 63232869). The windshield of the R1150GS Adventure is screwed tightly and does not have any slotted hole in the mounting.
