Where does the third wire connect to please?
The third wire is only for the BMW Multicontroller (the wheel some BMWs have on the left which you can use to navigate through the computer or BMW Naviagtor). If you don’t have this wheel, then you can’t and don’t use this third wire (works only with BMW Navigator).

What is the maximum current supported by this outlet?
The maximum is 3amp.

Is this connector specifically for the 2019 model?
The matching plug is under the upper middle tank fairing at the left side in the front. Not all S1000RR models are equipped with the suitable plug. Please check this before ordering!
There is also a very similar plug in the motorcycle mounted which is also not the correct plug (this is forexample for the lap timer).
