These handlebar risers can offer a great increase in comfort, especially for taller riders. They really make a significant difference when riding off road and standing on the pegs because the rider can stand up straighter. This results in better control and reduced fatigue. There are 20 mm and 40 mm versions of this part, which roughly equates to 3/4 inch and 1-1/2 inch respectively. The 40 mm set consists of double blocks and longer bolts as can be seen in the image below. The shape and finish of the risers complements the existing parts well. The ability to turn the upper portions of the clamps by 180 degrees is retained.

Please note: This part is designed for 2008 and later models.
You need E10 and E12 for the mounting.

Questions about this article

Do I have to consider anything special when mounting the handlebar risers on a BMW HP2 model?
The HP2 has a cast-on pin (slightly conical) on the triple clamp.
This pin only serves as a rotation lock.
The hole in the handlebar risers is slightly too small for the cast part (conical pin).
The upper diameter is 6mm, the lower diameter is 6,25mm.
If it is not possible to tap the handlebar risers with a rubber hammer up to its limit onto the conical pin, you should drill out the hole in the handlebar risers to 6,5mm (2mm deep).
